Who we are
Gofatbike was founded in 2023 by people who believed electric cycling could be more affordable. By keeping everything around the bike simple, while maintaining the quality of the bike itself. Today, there are more than ten of us. Purchasing, warehousing, customer service and warranty support are all under one roof.
How we keep our prices low
We buy directly from our suppliers. There are no intermediaries adding markups and no expensive showrooms included in the price of your bike. That is why we do not offer test rides on site. You do have 14 days to return your purchase.

Send us an email or a WhatsApp message. Someone from our team will read and answer your question. If something is wrong with your bike, you can report it through our warranty portal and track its progress. Our bikes come with up to two years of warranty, which you can extend if needed.
Before your bike sets off
Our bikes are stored in our own warehouse in Europe. A large part of our range is also assembled in Europe. Every bike is checked before dispatch and sent with the right accessories and documentation. We ship from our own stock.
